How much does therapy cost?

• $150 for a 1 hour individual session either virtual or in person.

• $150 for a 1 hour couples or family session.

Although I do not direct bill to insurance companies, many people have benefits from their place of employment that covers the cost of therapy from a Registered Social Worker. Refuge Therapy will provide a receipt that is suitable to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Sliding Scale

I believe that mental health services should be accessible for everyone who wants them. In order to help make that happen I also offer a sliding scale for people who can’t afford my full price.
